As a Client Representative, your goal is to make sure customers walk away with a clear understanding of their options and a positive impression of the brand behind them. Responsibilities of the Client Representative Represent Verizon professionally during in-person customer interactions throughout the greater Tampa area. Develop strong knowledge of the client's services, promotions, and brand messaging to support accurate sales conversations. Introduce customers to available Verizon options while keeping communication consistent with the client's standards and expectations. Create a positive customer experience by answering questions clearly and making sales recommendations based on individual needs. Handle sales and enrollment accurately, recognizing that attention to detail reflects directly on the client you're representing. Work with other Client Representative team members to strengthen brand representation and overall campaign performance. Qualifications of the Client Representative Takes pride in representing a recognizable company and understands the responsibility that comes with being the face of a client. Communicates professionally while still being personable, approachable, and comfortable speaking with new people. Able to learn brand information and translate it into natural sales conversations rather than relying on a rigid script.
