Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Customer Service/Warehouse Clerk to join our team! In this dual-role position, you will be the vital link between our warehouse operations and customer interactions, ensuring smooth logistics flow and exceptional service. Duties Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries related to order status, shipment details, product information via phone or email, and processing orders. Maintain accurate data entry for all transactions in our desktop inventory management system to ensure seamless warehouse operations. Assist with inventory to track stock levels, perform stock counts, and update records accurately. Prepare, package, and ship orders efficiently by utilizing picking & packing techniques, pallet jacks, and order pickers. Load and unload shipments safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment while adhering to safety protocols. Coordinate shipping logistics including scheduling pickups and tracking shipments. Support warehouse distribution activities by organizing stock locations, stocking shelves, and assisting in order fulfillment processes. Requirements Proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics environments. Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely; forklift certification training will be offered inhouse. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for data entry, shipping & receiving documentation, and inventory tracking. Basic math skills for counting stock items accurately and calculating measurements or quantities needed for orders. Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities. Knowledge of shipping logistics, international trade regulations, trade compliance standards, and warehouse distribution processes. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards; previous warehouse experience is highly desirable.
