At Edda's Cake Designs we are looking for outgoing, friendly and creative Cake Consultants to provide outstanding service to our customers! Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service; ensure customer needs are met in a timely fashion. Dynamically sell products by providing customers with information needed to make product-relation decisions Manage customer phone calls Monitor product quality and freshness and ensure proper rotation of products Properly stock storefront Maintain a clean and well organized work area Assist in other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities High energy, enthusiastic, and displays an affinity for our products and core values Excellent customer service and interpersonal verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in a team environment Must have good time management skills and the ability to multi-task with a calm demeanor Ability to follow directions, establish procedures, and prioritize tasks Ability to visually examine products for quality and specifications Ability to work a flexible schedule including early evenings, Saturdays, and holidays as needed Computer proficiency Desired Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales is preferred Bilingual preferred- English is a must, Spanish is a plus Creativity and interest in custom cakes and other related products
