What You'll Be Doing:

Greet customers with a professional, prompt, and friendly attitude Accurately gather customer and vehicle information Document vehicle concerns based on customer descriptions Recommend maintenance and repairs based on age, mileage, and service history Create accurate estimates for labor and parts Perform walk-around inspections on all vehicles Keep customers updated throughout the repair process Track vehicle status and ensure timely completion Review final invoices with customers and explain all work performed

What We're Looking For:

Proven success in customer service and sales performance Previous experience as a Service Advisor , Service Consultant , or Assistant Lane Manager High energy, team-oriented, and customer-focused Strong communication skills and attention to detail Ability to operate tablet-based write-up systems (Reynolds & Reynolds a plus!)
