Summary Stanley Steemer is hiring full-time Sales & Service Technicians to provide in-home cleaning services while identifying and selling additional solutions to customers. This is a customer-facing, performance-based role where strong communication skills and a sales mindset directly impact your earnings. Technicians earn $550-$1,200+ per week , with top performers earning $35,000-$60,000+ annually through full commision and bonuses. Responsibilities Provide in-home customer service by assessing clients' needs and explaining our cleaning solutions. Conduct sales presentations to promote our range of professional cleaning services. Perform deep cleaning tasks including carpet, furniture, tile and grout, hardwood floors, and air ducts. Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality service delivery. Maintain equipment and adhere to safety standards. Document service details accurately and report customer feedback. Collaborate with team members to meet company goals. Support emergency water restoration services when required. Qualifications Proven experience in customer service or sales roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to perform physical tasks related to deep cleaning. Sales oriented mindset with confidence promoting services Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
