Customer Service Representative (Entry Level - Insurance) Belmond, Iowa | Full-Time | Onsite First Gabrielson Agency is a growing, independent insurance agency, and we're looking for a motivated Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to join our team in Belmond, Iowa . This is a great opportunity for someone starting their career or transitioning into insurance who enjoys helping people, learning new skills, and working in a supportive, team-oriented environment. No prior insurance experience required — we will train the right candidate. What You'll Do Provide friendly, professional service to clients in person and by phone Assist clients with basic policy questions and service needs Support agents with day-to-day account servicing Process policy changes, endorsements, and renewals Help with billing questions and account updates Accurately document and maintain customer records What We're Looking For Customer service experience preferred (retail, banking, hospitality, or office experience welcome) High school diploma or associate degree (or equivalent experience) Willingness to obtain Personal Lines and Property & Casualty insurance licenses (training provided) Strong communication and organizational skills Basic computer and data entry skills Positive attitude, reliability, and desire to learn Bilingual skills a plus Why Join First Gabrielson Agency?
