Parks Marina is looking for a Service Writer to join our Service Department! If you're organized, customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is your chance to be the link between our customers and technicians. What You'll Do Greet customers and help them with service needs. Write up work orders, provide estimates, and keep customers updated. Coordinate with technicians and the parts team to keep jobs moving smoothly. Make sure invoices are accurate and service tickets are closed promptly. Support the Service Manager with scheduling and warranty claims. What We're Looking For Customer service experience (automotive, marine, RV, or similar service environment a plus). Strong communication skills and professional demeanor. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks. Comfortable using computers and learning service management systems.
