Customer Service Representative Are you passionate about helping customers and providing exceptional service? We're looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team and serve as the primary point of contact for customers and prospective customers. In this role, you'll assist customers by phone and email, answer product questions, process orders, resolve issues, and build lasting customer relationships. This position also includes outbound customer outreach, follow-up calls, and retention efforts, so prior experience with both inbound and outbound customer service is required. What You'll Do Provide friendly, professional support via phone and email Answer questions about products, orders, shipping, billing, returns, and subscriptions Make outbound follow-up and customer care calls Process orders accurately and maintain customer records Resolve customer concerns and document interactions in our CRM Support fulfillment and administrative tasks as needed Collaborate with team members to deliver an outstanding customer experience What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required At least 2 years of customer service experience, including outbound calling Strong communication and problem-solving skills Basic computer proficiency Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally If you enjoy helping people, learning about natural health products, and being part of a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you!
