Overview We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth checkout process for our customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a passion for helping others. Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately. Process sales using the POS system efficiently. Maintain an organized and stocked checkout area. Assist with product demonstrations to enhance customer experience. Provide support in stocking shelves and managing inventory levels. Communicate effectively with customers regarding products and promotions. Uphold phone etiquette when answering customer calls or inquiries. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience. Qualifications Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required. Strong cash handling skills and familiarity with cash registers. Basic knowledge of retail math for accurate transaction processing. Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers. Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to engage with customers effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A proactive attitude towards learning new products and services offered. Must be 19 years of age or older.
