Key Responsibilities Deliver Exceptional Customer Experience:

Warmly greet clients, actively listen to vehicle concerns, and serve as the trusted liaison between customers and service technicians.

Consultative Selling:

Clearly present multi-point inspection findings, diagnostic results, and required maintenance without high-pressure sales tactics.

Proactive Communication:

Keep customers consistently informed throughout the repair process, managing expectations from drop-off through active vehicle delivery.

Customer Retention:

Qualifications Required:

Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor.
