Bellson Animal Hospital is a full-service veterinary hospital that has been proudly serving highly skilled veterinary medicine and compassionate care in the Columbia, IL community since 1991. Our patients include dogs, cats, horses, and pocket pets. We provide a variety of top-notch services for our patients with our updated veterinary medical technology such as preventative care, surgical procedures, dental care, advanced diagnostics, radiography, and more.
Job Responsibilities/Requirements:
Experience in the veterinary field is preferred for this role.
Veterinary receptionists duties include:
answering the phones, conducting client communication, patient appointment scheduling, handling emails and faxes, entering data into practice software, handling HR work, maintaining cleanliness of waiting room, understanding/communicating medical terminology (procedures, products, protocols), preparing medical forms, and various other situations and duties where you will interact with pets and clients.
