Job Description:

Aegis is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join our client's organization in Aurora, IL. This position is a fully onsite role until ramp up with the flexibility to work ONE day a week remote. The ideal candidate has the following skills and experience: Must have: 3-5+ years of Customer Experience or Customer Success experience Strong interpersonal and communication skills Comfortable working with technology and modern CRM tools HubSpot experience Ability to manage customer issues from beginning to end Strong follow-through and accountability Ability to understand technical products and communicate them in a customer-friendly way Nice to have: Manufacturing Industry Experience Experience with technical products or technical support Agriculture, irrigation, turf, sensors, agronomy, or related industry experience Experience with help desk/ticketing systems Experience implementing or improving customer support processes AI/automation experience Experience supporting a global customer base Spanish, Portuguese, or German language skills
