Client Care Coordinator Meet with potential clients and family members to discuss their needs and provide solutions in the form of a service plan Conduct Service Inquiries and Care Consultations as needed following the consultative sales process Work with other team members to coordinate various aspects of a client's care Conduct client & Care Pro introductions with new clients Identifying and developing referral relationships with potential referral partners through a client care approach Requirements include: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong computer skills, including data entry Sales experience (preferred) Creative problem solver in fast-paced environment Must have good driving record as this position requires traveling to the clients' homes.
