A qualified candidate ensures precise data entry, seamless communication and proactive problem solving. This role serves as a vital point of contact for our customers. Responsibilities include but not limited to : Answer inquires, solve problems, and process transactions with customers. Collaborate through phone and email with Perma-Bound representatives and customers. Enter, edit and validate orders for customers including special processing specifications. What we look for in a candidate: Reliable and punctual Technical Aptitude; experience with standard office software and basic Windows navigation. Included but not limited to are Gmail, Sheets, Docs. Professional email and phone etiquette Attention to detail Time management

Monday-Friday 8:00-4:30
