Requirements 1-2+ years of customer service experience Bilingual is preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Outlook, and CRM systems Salesforce experience is a plus Reliable transportation to and from work Water treatment or purification industry experience is a plus, but not required Organized, dependable, and coachable Positive attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure Must be authorized to work in the
