Prairie Farms Dairy is looking to fill an office position in the local Olney Office. We are looking for someone with a strong customer service background, efficient time management skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and strong problem solving skills. You need to be able to multi task while working in a fast paced environment. Responsibilities will vary by position and company need but will include some or all of the following: Provide Customer Service to Customers over the phone. 10-key order entry Email Correspondence with Customers Process Orders for Load Scheduling Balance products shipped with products delivered Figure and process deposits

Process Statements Perform Daily Office Functions Requirements:

High School Diploma or Equivalent Ability to 10 Key Basic knowledge of Word Basic knowledge of Excel Ability to work Fluently with Email Ability to work

ALL HOLIDAYS.

Ability to work some long irregular hours and weekends as needed
