We have a large customer base, that covers the US, and Canada. Answering phone and emails, assisting customer's with their needs To use computer (software is SAP) to look up customer history, inventory, shipment information. And also enter quotes and orders. Be able to utilize the internet to do minor research on customers, figure out shipping costs and track shipments with the freight companies. Work in a small office as a team with production and accounting to resolve customer needs Establish good rapport and partnership with customers to create sales Work independently with good interpersonal, organizational and communication skills Multi Task effectively Spanish speaking is a plus but not necessary Knowledge of Google ads is a plus, but not necessary

Pay:

From $17.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 24.0 per week
