Role Description The Customer Care Representative will interact with the company's customers by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints. Responsibilities Interact with customers via telephone or email to provide support and information on truck deliveries. is done throughout the day as they come in. Fields customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative's knowledge, forwards to other appropriate staff. Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers' problems and concerns. Maintains records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments. Coordinate a wrecker service to pick up and deliver units to final location. While keeping detailed documentation of all moves Issue payment for all wreckers arranged Reconcile all payments made via bank website Assist in contacting repair facilities to get breakdown updates on all units. Create, research and send out specific reports internally and to our customers. Performs other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Excellent communication skills including active listening. Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances. Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software. Multitasking and time management High school diploma or equivalent. Customer service experience required.
