We're hiring a motivated Entry Level Customer Service & Sales Representative to support a growing Verizon wireless sales campaign. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity where you'll work directly with customers, provide customer service, introduce Verizon wireless products and services, and assist with new customer sales and account enrollments. As an Entry Level Customer Service & Sales Representative, you'll receive hands-on training in Verizon products, wireless sales, customer service, account management, and customer acquisition. No previous wireless or telecommunications experience is required. Entry Level Customer Service & Sales Representative Responsibilities Connect directly with customers and provide professional customer service Introduce Verizon wireless products, plans, devices, and current promotions Learn about customer needs and recommend appropriate wireless options Explain wireless plans, pricing, device features, and service benefits Assist interested customers with new account enrollments, account setup, and device activations Support customers with upgrades, service changes, and account questions Build positive customer relationships throughout the sales process Maintain accurate customer information, account records, and sales activity Work toward individual and team wireless sales and customer acquisition goals Participate in ongoing training covering Verizon products, customer service, sales, communication, and leadership Build Your Experience This entry-level position provides hands-on experience in Verizon wireless sales, customer service, retail sales, telecommunications, account management, customer acquisition, and business development. Training and ongoing coaching are provided with opportunities for additional responsibility and advancement based on performance. What We're Looking For Strong communication and customer service skills Friendly and comfortable working directly with customers Goal-oriented with an interest in sales and wireless technology Motivated to learn and develop professionally Reliable, organized, and team-oriented Previous experience in customer service, sales, retail, wireless sales, telecommunications, hospitality, marketing, or customer support is helpful but not required This is a full-time, in-person, direct sales position supporting Verizon wireless products and services. Representatives work directly with customers to explain wireless options, recommend solutions, and assist interested customers with new service enrollments and account activations.

Pay:

$3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
