Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their vehicle requirements and preferences, providing tailored recommendations. Showcase available vehicles and ensure detailed information is communicated accurately, addressing any customer concerns. Guide customers through Car Max's buying, financing, or trading processes. Follow up with potential buyers by phone, email, or in person to nurture relationships and close sales. Achieve and strive to exceed monthly sales targets. Assist in maintaining the appearance and presentation of the sales floor, ensuring all vehicles and displays are represented attractively. Collaborate with other team members to deliver excellent customer service and to resolve any issues swiftly. Required Skills Proven ability in sales and customer service, preferably in the automotive industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and foster relationships. Basic knowledge of automotive sales and financing processes. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales management tools. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as required.
