Duties and Responsibilities:

Answer phones professionally and assist customers as needed Schedule appointments Respond to email inquiries Assist in the preparation of estimates and contracts Track data in spreadsheets High level of customer service File Input data into software Other duties as needed

Required Experience/ Skills:

Office/ admin or customer service experience Experience with computers in programs such as Microsoft Office Suite and Google Calendar Strong interpersonal, communication, and written communication skills Good organization skills and an ability to prioritize to meet deadlines Able to follow direction Able to multi-task Self-motivated and self-disciplined with a strong work ethic Strong customer service skills Detail oriented Willingness to learn Able to follow company guidelines and procedures

Ideal Skills:

Experience in QuickBooks Experience in

Microsoft Excel Certifications:

High School Diploma preferred; Must be able to spell correctly and write quality emails The hours for this position are 7:30am- 4pm Monday through Friday and may be subject to change based on the season and weather related events. Willing to discuss other schedule arrangements that work with other office staff.

Pay:

Up to $18.00 per hour based on experience
