- to your friends and family. The good customer care associate handles requests and complaints efficiently and pleasantly. They thrive on ending each call knowing they did their best and helped someone. It's not the job for everyone

Weekends Required Schedule consists of 16 hours a week Provide customer service in-person, electronic and by telephone to both members and guests, including registration, POS (area specific) and other services, as required. Manage communication and troubleshooting, as necessary.QUALIFICATIONS 1
year Customer Service-Preferred Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)- American Heart Association First Aid (AID)
