Answering incoming calls Maintain service technicians daily schedule Dispatching technicians and maintain on-call schedule Call and schedule routine maintenance and update contracts Scheduling routine maintenance appointments Provide accounting with maintenance contract billing information Maintain customer database with current information Registering warranty and rebate information Ordering parts / materials Clear and concise communications with department managers, employees, and company customers Accounts Payable and Receivable support We use ServiceTitan, a cloud-based CRM system

What We Are Looking For:

2 years related experience in customer service, office assistant, project coordinating, or equivalent combination of education and experience Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing or construction industry recommended but not required Excellent customer service skills Advanced computer skills

CRM / ERP

database experience, we use ServiceTitan a cloud-based system Microsoft Office products experience Accounts Payable and/or Receivable experience desired Geographical knowledge of service area is a plus Strong interpersonal skills High school Diploma or equivalent We do not accept walk-in application, please apply online
