Sales & Social Media Associate GMG Motors is looking for an energetic, outgoing, and motivated person to join our sales team! This is not a sit-behind-a-desk-all-day sales position. We are looking for someone with personality — someone who enjoys talking to people, isn't afraid to pick up the phone, and is comfortable getting in front of the camera and creating content for social media. At GMG Motors, social media is a big part of how we connect with our community and our customers. If you enjoy Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, taking photos, making videos, coming up with fun ideas, and aren't shy about being on camera, we want to hear from you! You do not need years of automotive sales experience. We can teach you our sales process and procedures. What we need from you is energy, confidence, creativity, initiative, and a genuine desire to sell and succeed. What You'll Be Doing Greet customers and provide excellent customer service Assist customers throughout the vehicle sales process Create fun and engaging social media content Take photos and videos of vehicles, customers, promotions, and dealership activities Be comfortable appearing in Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok videos Help come up with new ideas to promote our inventory and dealership Make outgoing sales and follow-up calls using GMG Motors' techniques and procedures Communicate with leads and customers by phone, text, and online Follow up consistently with potential customers Work with the sales team to meet individual and company goals Take initiative instead of waiting to be told what to do Bring a positive attitude and energy to work every day Who We're Looking For The right person for this position is: Outgoing and NOT camera shy Comfortable using Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok Creative and willing to make videos and social media content Friendly and confident talking to new people Comfortable making phone calls Proficient with computers and technology A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills Self-motivated and willing to take initiative Dependable and willing to learn Competitive and motivated by goals and bonuses Eager to sell and make things happen!
