Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care. Requirements Previous experience in a service advisor or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage appointments remotely. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient with basic computer applications and service management software. Reliable transportation to travel within the local service area as needed.
