This position is more than just answering phones. You'll be speaking with homeowners, learning about their needs, and helping connect them with solutions for their roofing and construction projects. What We're Looking For Hungry, driven individuals who want to succeed Strong communication and people skills Confident and comfortable talking on the phone Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people Motivated by goals, growth, and earning potential Dedicated, dependable, and willing to put in the work Coachable and eager to improve Previous sales or call center experience is a plus, but not required What You'll Do Speak with homeowners about their roofing and construction needs Make and receive calls with potential customers Build relationships and create a great customer experience Schedule appointments for our sales team Follow up with potential customers Work toward individual and team goals Why New Image?
