Job Summary We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused individual to join our service team as an Entry-Level or seasoned Service Writer / Customer Service Representative. Pay may increase with certain experiences. This role serves as the first point of contact for customers bringing equipment in for service and helps keep the shop organized, customers informed, and technicians productive. This position is ideal for someone wanting to grow into a full service advisor or parts specialist. Key Responsibilities Customer Service Greet customers in person, by phone, and online Create service work orders and document customer concerns clearly Provide service updates and follow-ups Coordinate equipment drop-off and pickup scheduling Administrative Support Enter customer and equipment information accurately Assist with estimate preparation and approvals Maintain organized service records and paperwork Help track service status and communicate delays Team Support Assist service advisors and technicians with workflow coordination Support parts and service communication Help maintain a clean, professional front counter area Requirements Basic Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Basic computer skills (email, scheduling, data entry) Organized and detail-oriented Positive attitude and willingness to learn Preferred (Not Required) Mechanical or equipment familiarity Dealership or repair shop experience Interest in outdoor power equipment, agriculture, or motorsports

Compensation & Benefits Starting Pay:

$42,000 plus

Performance Bonus Monthly Bonus Structure:

Monthly performance bonus based on customer satisfaction, work order accuracy, attendance/reliability, and support of shop efficiency.
