Customer Service Associate Responsibilities:

Provides customers with courteous, fast, friendly and efficient service Recommends items to customers that will meet their needs Adheres to company policies and maintains and supports company culture Engages customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services Assist customers with order processing, data entry, and account management Maintain a working knowledge of products and procedures Support client services by resolving issues efficiently, escalating complex concerns when necessary. Identify upselling opportunities and process sales transactions Document interactions thoroughly in customer relationship management (CRM) systems to ensure seamless follow-up and record keeping. Support a positive customer experience

Customer Service Associate Qualifications:
