Job Description
Meador, an Openwork Company, is currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative in Sulphur, LA. In this role, you will be responsible for providing professional customer service, assisting students with the check-in process, answering questions, and helping ensure a smooth and positive experience for everyone. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure a smooth and efficient check-in process for students
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with questions or concerns
- Assist with company inquiries and scheduling issues
- Maintain confidentiality regarding student information
- Provide professional, friendly, and high-quality customer service
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude
- Assist other departments as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office programs and internet browsers
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift
- Willingness to assist in different departments as needed
