This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office, communicates with confidence, and can keep service activities organized from start to finish. The person in this role will support daily customer interactions, coordinate technician scheduling, and work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate technician appointments and manage scheduling changes to keep service operations running efficiently.
• Respond to inbound customer inquiries professionally and provide clear updates on service requests, timelines, and order details.
• Partner with internal sales staff and other team members to align customer needs with service availability and next steps.
• Enter and maintain customer orders and service information with a high level of accuracy in company systems.
• Handle a mix of phone-based communication, including incoming calls and outbound follow-up related to scheduling and customer support.
• Monitor open requests and proactively address issues that could affect response times or customer satisfaction.
• Support day-to-day office coordination by sharing information across teams and helping maintain an organized workflow. Requirements
• Prior experience in customer service, call center support, dispatch coordination, or a similar client-facing role.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities at once while maintaining attention to detail and strong follow-through.
• Comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls in a detail-oriented and efficient manner.
• Experience with order entry and updating customer records accurately.
• Confident communication style with the ability to work effectively across internal teams.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-moving office environment.
• Previous experience in dispatching or a service-based business setting is preferred.
