It is an in store role and once hired, representative only needs to drive to the local store. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll engage with customers, assist with product needs, and ensure every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return. Key Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and demonstrations Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately, including credit card transactions Upsell products by highlighting features, benefits, and current promotions Handle direct inquiries with professional and friendly communication etiquette Perform basic math for pricing and sales calculations Qualifications & Experience Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required (training provided) Supervisory experience is a plus for candidates interested in leadership growth Bilingual skills are appreciated Familiarity with retail environments is an advantage Strong communication and active listening skills Comfort using POS systems and handling transactions Ability to multitask and remain professional in a fast-paced environment Why Join Bellavant Group?
