Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting clients and patients with warmth and professionalism Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing messages Checking clients in and out efficiently and accurately Processing payments and maintaining accurate financial records Assisting with medical record updates and communication between clients and the medical team Helping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area No prior veterinary experience? No problem — we'll train the right candidate who brings a great attitude, attention to detail, and a genuine love for helping people and pets. What We're Looking For Strong communication and multitasking skills Comfort using computers and managing multiple systems at once A calm, professional demeanor (especially when it's busy!) A positive attitude, reliability, and a sense of humor A friendly nature and genuine love for animals Right now we are looking for a part- time receptionist to replace a team member that is moving in November. The shifts and hours are negotiable, but the ideal candidate must be able to work Monday and Friday from 8 am to 1pm.
