Overview:

Join our dynamic warehouse team as the Customer Service Representative, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our online customers. Your role would include the following tasks: Answer all incoming telephone calls Answer all customer queries incoming by phone and mail Deal with missing packages and breakages including filing claims with shippers Take phone orders Communicate with customers about out of stock items Document customer interactions in database Maintain backorder and interest list spreadsheet The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and written grammer skills The Bee's Knees is an independent, Women-owned, online retail store. This position will be based at our Maynard fullfilment center. Initial hours will be 30 to 40 per week.

Requirements:

College degree or equivalent Previous experience in a customer service role required Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and customers alike Excellent computer skills with a high level of inventory database and spreadsheet experience required Strong writing skills

Note:

This position will be based at our Maynard fullfilment center. Initial hours will be 25 to 35 per week with extra required during peak seasons.
