Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming customer calls and messages with professionalism, accuracy, and a helpful approach.
• Enter orders and update customer information in internal systems while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Provide timely follow-up on customer questions, requests, and routine service needs.
• Support administrative workflows that keep customer service operations organized and efficient.
• Manage a steady volume of interactions in a fast-paced setting while maintaining composure and service quality.
• Make outbound calls as needed to confirm details, share updates, or resolve open items.
• Coordinate with internal team members to address issues and ensure customer requests are completed properly. Requirements
• Previous experience in customer service, call center support, or a similar client-facing role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and coworkers.
• Comfort handling inbound and outbound calls throughout the workday.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks at once.
• Solid data entry and order processing skills with a focus on accuracy.
• Administrative aptitude and strong organizational skills.
• Estimating experience is not required for this position.
