Responsibilities include:

Greet customers promptly and perform comprehensive vehicle walk-arounds using dealership technology. Create repair orders and accurately document customer concerns using CDK. Review maintenance recommendations, recalls, service campaigns, and previously declined services. Utilize myKarma to communicate with customers and drive retention efforts. Provide regular updates to customers through phone, text, and email. Present maintenance and repair recommendations professionally and confidently. Monitor repair progress to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction. Coordinate with technicians and parts personnel to facilitate efficient repairs. Process warranty and extended warranty claims as needed. Document declined repairs and create follow-up opportunities. Educate customers on the importance of preventative maintenance. Consistently achieve sales goals, customer retention objectives, and CSI and NPS targets. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of Automotive Service Advisor experience required. Previous experience using CDK required. Experience with myKarma preferred. Strong sales ability and customer relationship skills. Excellent communication and follow-up skills. Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
