Customer Service Specialist in the Southborough, MA area! Background as an Office Admin is HIGHLY Preferred! UP to $23/hr. Based on Experience.

Mon-Fri 8am-5pm Medical Office Experience or Healthcare Customer Service is Preferred but not required. Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors in a medical office setting Communicate effectively and professionally with patients, both in person and over the phone Analyze patient inquiries and provide accurate and timely information or assistance Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism at all times Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Utilize medical terminology to accurately communicate with patients and healthcare professionals Perform data entry tasks to update patient records and schedule appointments Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism IND123
