Jobs › Wareham, MA › Customer Services Ambassador Southcoast Health Customer Services Ambassador Wareham, MA Apply 24 to 32 hours flexible Requirements Under general supervision of the Team Lead Clinical & Patient Food Services, perform a variety of duties in support of the Food & Nutrition Department, including ensuring customer and patient satisfaction, obtaining patient meal selections as close to mealtime as possible, performing data entry of patient food preferences and allergies into the Patient Services Software Platform, screening patients for nutritional risk, following cash-handling practices/procedures, setting up cafeteria stations, etc.. As directed, work retail assignments to meet the needs of cafeteria customers, including use of the retail sales system. Qualifications Equal to completion of four years of high school plus additional courses or training or the equivalent knowledge or experience required. Minimum of one-year food service experience required. Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the

virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.

Compensation:
