Responsibilities include but not limited to: Work with dedicated sales team to assist with pricing and availability of items as well as closing new business and maintaining existing accounts. Process sales orders received by telephone, fax, salesperson, mail, e-mail, catalog. Handle other customer requests such as ship date and delivery schedule. Process stock requests and monitor inventory activity. Update all orders and review any open orders that have not been processed. Request quotations via e-mail to the purchasing department as requested by salesperson or customer. Request product samples via e-mail to the purchasing department as requested by salesperson or customer. Update invoicing reports. The successful candidate should be a self-starter, strong communicator, well-organized and detail oriented. A commitment to continuous improvement is a must. Responsibilities Requirements Apply Now
