Needed Requirements of Customer Service Representative:

Must have experience working within a call center and/or contact center environment Must be willing to work onsite Monday through Friday. Strong attention to detail along with personal satisfaction from working diligently through details. Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines within a high volume environment. 2+ years of experience in an office environment performing data entry, administrative, or call center functions. PC skills including proficiency in Word and Excel. Must be a team player with a positive attitude. IND1
