Hydro Clean is hiring an experienced, full-time Senior Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team! We are a small, local, family-owned cleaning and restoration company that has proudly served our community for over 40 years . We are seeking a seasoned customer service professional who brings a strong skill set, proven experience, and the confidence to manage customer interactions independently. Schedule:

Full-Time - 40 hours per week

Salary:

$55,000-$70,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications

Location:

Primarily in-person

Flexibility:

Occasional remote work may be available based on scheduling and business needs What We're Looking For Our ideal candidate will have: Proven experience in customer service, sales, or office operations Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail The ability to independently manage multiple responsibilities and priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills A professional, friendly, and customer-focused approach A sales-oriented mindset , with the ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate services Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment The ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities Confidence working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office products A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to take initiative Experience & Qualifications We are specifically seeking an experienced professional with an established skill set , rather than someone entering the customer service field for the first time. Prior experience in customer service, sales, scheduling, or office management is highly desirable. Experience in the cleaning, restoration, home-service, or related industries is a plus. A college degree is not required , but is appreciated. We place greater value on relevant experience, demonstrated abilities, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.
