Responsibilities Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, and in person. Demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Collaborate with team members to resolve complaints in a timel, friendly and efficient manner. Handle cash transactions when necessary with precision and integrity, ensuring accurate cash handling procedures are followed Process credit card transaction's. Hand dip ice cream, make milkshakes, Italian ice. Make beverages to order. Willingness to do the dishes, mop and sweep the floor is required. Requirements Fluency in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse client bases Proven experience in customer service. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering exceptional client service.
