Your responsibilities include:

Field incoming customer calls with professionalism and enthusiasm. Schedule service appointments efficiently while maximizing technician productivity. Communicate clearly with technicians and customers throughout the day. Build trust and confidence with every customer interaction. Assist customers with memberships, scheduling options, and service questions. Manage incoming and outgoing communications with accuracy and urgency. Keep customer information organized and up to date. Help maintain a positive, solutions-focused office environment. Support the team in delivering an exceptional customer experience every day.
