Our client is seeking a Long-term Temp for a Customer Service/Admin role. In this role, you will be customer facing and will answer phones, process customer orders and payments and will help coordinate customer financing and deliveries. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service instincts, confident phone and computer skills, and the ability to handle accurate math and order processing with care—aligning successfully with an organization that values polished communication and detail.

Shift:

10 AM to 6 PM What's the Job? Answer phones professionally and route customer questions. Process customer orders and payments accurately. Coordinate financing by supporting the required steps and documentation. Help coordinate customer deliveries. Provide reliable administrative support 2 weekdays and Saturdays. What's Needed? Strong math skills, including adding, calculating tax percentages, and working accurately with numbers. Computer Skills. Professional attire. Strong Customer service skills. Ability to process orders and payments accurately. Reliability and readiness for a long-term temporary assignment (approximately 2 days during the week and Saturdays). What's in it for me?
