Job Description

Job Overview Welcome to our team! We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Customer Service Representative & Cellphone Technician to join our shop in Gaithersburg. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality repairs and exceptional service to our local community. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, helping customers troubleshoot technical issues while identifying the right accessories to enhance their devices. If you are passionate about technology, enjoy solving problems, and are motivated by performance-based rewards, we want to meet you! ResponsibilitiesAssist customers in diagnosing issues with smartphones, tablets, laptops, and other personal electronics across various operating systems such as Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows.Perform hardware diagnostics and repairs on mobile devices, desktops, printers, copiers, and consumer electronics using hand tools and soldering techniques. Greet customers, assess repair needs, and provide clear explanations of the process and pricing. Answer inquiries in person or over the phone with empathy and patience. Process payments, handle returns, and update customer accounts. Why Join Us?

Stable Base Pay:

We offer a reliable hourly rate so you have consistency in your paycheck.

Performance Commissions:

We believe hard work should be rewarded. You will earn additional income through our tiered commission structure (3%, 5%, and 10%) on all qualified accessory sales.
