Job Description:

This person acts as a problem-solver and coordinator between Homebuilding and Manufacturing, making sure material and delivery issues are investigated, communicated, resolved, and properly documented. Responsibilities Investigate problems by reviewing the details of each request and figuring out what needs to be done to resolve the issue. Prioritize requests based on urgency and determine when an issue needs to be escalated to a supervisor or another department. Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs Keep detailed records of requests and resolutions so everyone has accurate information. Qualifications At least 2 - 3 years' of relevant work experience Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
