Queenstown Veterinary Hospital, a privately owned veterinary practice, is looking for a friendly, organized, and compassionate Part-Time Veterinary Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our team 20-30 hours per week! Our CSRs are the welcoming face and voice of our practice. They help create a positive experience for every client and patient, making sure pet owners feel supported and their pets receive the care they deserve. What You#39;ll Do Welcome clients and their pets with a warm, friendly attitude. Answer phones, schedule appointments, and respond to client questions. Check patients in and out and assist with payment processing. Maintain accurate client and patient records. Communicate with veterinary team members to keep the day running smoothly. Help clients understand appointment instructions and direct medical questions to the appropriate veterinary team member. Keep the reception area organized, clean, and welcoming. Provide exceptional customer service, even during busy or emotional moments. What We#39;re Looking For A positive, compassionate, and professional attitude. Strong communication and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfort multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Dependability, flexibility, teamwork, and a willingness to learn. A genuine love for animals and an understanding of how important they are to their families. Veterinary or previous customer service experience is a plus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn go a long way!
