As part of one of the fastest-growing bath remodeling companies in the country, you'll play a key role in helping homeowners schedule free consultations for bathroom remodeling projects. • Contact homeowners to schedule free in-home consultations
• Answer inbound calls from prospective customers
• Follow proven scripts while personalizing conversations
• Handle questions and overcome objections professionally
• Confirm and manage appointment schedules
• Accurately enter customer information into company systems
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
• Conduct follow-up and quality control calls
• Coordinate appointments with canvassing and sales teams
