Typical working hours are from 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday .

YOUR DAY

With a professional and courteous attitude, our Customer Service/ Dispatch Representative confidently manages inbound and outbound phone calls and provides clients with excellent service. You're responsible for thoroughly answering questions and resolving various issues to keep customers happy. You also stay well-informed about our products, services, and policies, ensuring you can provide accurate information whenever customers ask. Your friendly demeanor and commitment to helping others make you a vital part of our office!

REQUIREMENTS

Ability to work from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm in-office on a consistent daily basis Basic computer skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Knowledge with ServiceTitan is a plus but not required Our ideal candidate has 1+ years of customer service experience with an electrical, plumbing, or HVAC company.
