We are looking to bring someone on board this winter to receive training, learn our products and processes, and build the knowledge and confidence needed to succeed ahead of our busy spring and summer seasons. No previous experience is necessary — we are willing to train the right person! The starting wage is $18 per hour, with the opportunity to earn up to $20 per hour by spring/summer based on performance, reliability, and the ability to handle the responsibilities of the position effectively. We value employees who are eager to learn, contribute to the team, and grow with the business. Responsibilities Assist customers with equipment rental reservations by phone and in person. Guide customers through the rental process, including equipment pickups and returns. Help resolve customer questions, concerns, and issues throughout the rental process. Assist customers with the purchase of resale products across various categories. Help customers identify, locate, and order the parts they need. Prepare invoices and contact customers when equipment repairs are complete. Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable showroom. Restock inventory and keep products organized. Work with the team to provide excellent customer service and ensure smooth daily operations. Qualifications Previous customer service or related experience is helpful, but not required. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Dependable, motivated, and willing to take initiative. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to understand customer needs. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently. Willingness to learn about equipment rentals, products, and parts. Saturday availability is required. What We Offer Starting pay of $18 per hour.
