DUTIES

• Provide exceptional customer service to members and potential members
• Answer incoming calls and assist with inquiries, requests, and concerns

• Make outbound calls to follow up on member inquiries or to provide information
• Analyze member needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of member interactions
• Filing, shredding, and other miscellaneous tasks

QUALIFICATOINS

• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Strong sales skills with the ability to explain and cross-sell products
• Experience in outbound calling and customer service
• Ability to analyze member needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Cash handling experience preferred but not necessary As a Member Services Representative, you are the first line of contact with the members or potential members visiting our office.

You will be responsible to learn and understand the services we offer to provide an exceptional experience for our members.
