GED Full Job Description Position Summary:

This position will be directly working with customers / Sales team to resolve any open issues or to clarify questions about customer purchase orders. This is a heavily customer service focused position and will require professionalism, attention to detail and often creative problem resolution. The ideal candidate for this role will be an organized, digitally savvy communicator eager to learn about a variety of programs and platforms while developing and maintaining relationships internally and externally.

Essential Responsibilities:

1. Daily communication via email, Teams/Zoom, and phone with customers 2. Data & order entry with a high level of detail (back up for day-to-day tasks during vacations) - SAP, Microsoft Access, Excel and OA systems 3. Work closely with department heads for customer resolution 4. Working with Finance and Sales on managing customer payment terms and credit limits. 5. Working with Sales team on updating SAP with customer price changes 6. Working with Sales on updating SAP with quotes we have won with customers 7. Manages incoming orders inbox to ensure timely entry of orders 8. Send an order acknowledgement to customers after orders have been entered into SAP 9. Works with the Sales department for SOL changes that need to be made 10. Works with internal departments for customer order revisions. 11. Answer some shipping questions from customers or direct them to the appropriate department.

Education & Experience:

1. High school diploma 2. 3-years previous customer service experience 3. 3-years SAP experience (preferred) 4. Exceptional verbal and written skills 5. Ability to prioritize and organize effectively 6. Must be detail oriented 7.

Excel Spreadsheets Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

1. Professionalism; both verbal and written 2. Strong attention to detail; quality focused and a quick learner 3. Ability to lift 50+lbs
